In the event of any cancellation Umberleigh Barton Farm should be notified immediately. We will attempt to re-let the property for the period of the booking. If a replacement booking is successfully obtained for the whole period Umberleigh Barton Farm will refund all monies paid. If Umberleigh Barton Farm is unable to re-let the property for the booking period the following cancellation policy will apply.
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (if holiday is booked more than 30 days in advance). Full refund up to 30 days before check-in for cancellations. 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is required as confirmation if the booking is made more than 4 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance will be payable 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental. Non-payment of the balance on or before the due date (4 weeks prior) shall be considered as cancellation of the booking.
If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before the commencement of the rental the total sum of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.
